Even Montgomery County Staff acknowledge that Strong Cities is CVE

In an internal email, the CVE Main contact tells his colleague he is at an “International Summit on Countering Violent Extremism.” This was written on the same day that he attended the 2016 Strong Cities Annual Summit  in Turkey.
